How the score reads

The total matters. Three conditions matter more.

A high score cannot compensate for having no person responsible, no approval route or recurrence below the current Workshop threshold.

18 to 24

Strong evidence fit

Enough evidence and accountability for a 20-minute fit review, provided both hard gates pass and the recurrence threshold is met.

10 to 17

Partial fit

A plausible workflow with foundations to repair before buying a tool or running a pilot.

0 to 9

Not ready

Measure the current work and establish ownership before paying for the next step.

Recurrence override. A total from 18 to 24 is still reported as partial fit when fewer than five contracts a month and fewer than two lawyers repeat the workflow. The result will state this reason directly.
